Our approach is divided into the following phases:

The foundation stone for joint success is always laid at the beginning. In an intensive dialog with our clients, we develop  concrete requirements and competence profile and define the concrete search strategy.

Guided by many years of experience and supported by a state-of-the-art infrastructure, we immediately begin implementing the agreed search strategy to identify potential candidates. We contact the candidates we identified discreetly and check their suitability and motivation to continue the process on the basis of telephone interviews.

After careful examination of all information, we arrange personal interviews with selected candidates and conduct aptitude-diagnostic interviews based on the defined requirement and competence profile. Here, we focus in particular on the candidate’s personal characteristics.

Following the completion of the personal interview phase, we present our client with the most suitable candidates. For each of these candidates, the client receives a detailed report showing their professional and personal development.

We support our client in the professional transition of the selected candidates into the “hands of the company,” and provide advice to decision-makers throughout the application phase.

After successful completion of the interview phase with the selected candidate, we accompany the process in a moderating capacity until the conclusion of the contract.

Even after the conclusion of the contract, we maintain an intensive and continuous dialog with our client and the mediated leadership personality in order to ensure long-term, future-oriented success.

Executive Coaching

With our second service pillar, Executive Coaching, we address people who already have many years of managerial or C-level responsibility and want to dedicate themselves specifically to a new challenge.
These people may not have used their network for a long time, may not have dealt with the opportunities and the influence of social and business media as important application tools, may not have sparred with alternative industries and functions or may not even – quite mundanely – had their CV professionally prepared.
